ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of artizinda.com and any purchase or service booking made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. ORDERS & CONTRACTS
When you place an order or book a service through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to fulfil your request. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full.
2. PRODUCTS
All our products are handcrafted or laser-cut to order in our workshop in Vaasa, Finland. Because each piece is made by hand, there may be minor natural variations in finish, grain, or colour — this is a feature of handcrafted goods, not a defect.
Product photos on the website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the final item due to screen display differences and the handmade nature of our products.
3. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS
Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was agreed.
Before production begins, we will confirm the design details with you. Please review all details carefully, as changes cannot be made once production has started.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched or your service appointment is confirmed.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by these terms.
7. SERVICE BOOKINGS
When you book a service (e.g. Space Decor Planning, TV Wall Design, Kitchen Shades), you are booking a consultation or design session. The booking fee covers the session itself.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
If we need to reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on artizinda.com including product designs, photos, text, and the Artizinda name and logo — is the intellectual property of Artizinda Wood Crafting and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
You may not use our designs or images for commercial purposes without a license agreement.
9. PRIVACY & DATA

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Artizinda Wood Crafting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU law.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts. As an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
