WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all EU countries. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Vaasa, Finland. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that your packages arrive swiftly, safely, and in perfect condition.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We ship manually through trusted carriers who have demonstrated reliability in handling our packages. At checkout or upon order confirmation, we will confirm which carrier is best suited for your order based on your location and our current delivery options.

Posti - Finland & EU

Finland: 2–5 business days | EU: 7–14 business days. We strive to ensure that your items are delivered within these timeframes, although unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control.

Posti/ Matkahuolto / Chippo - Finland

1–3 business days, providing you with a swift option for your urgent deliveries.

DHL - EU

3–7 business days, ensuring an expedited service for our international customers.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. We will always provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

LOCAL PICKUP (VAASA, FINLAND)

Prefer to skip the shipping cost? You're welcome to collect your order directly from our workshop in Vaasa. This option is not only economical but allows you to see where your item was crafted firsthand.

- How to arrange: Contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order to schedule a pickup at your convenience, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties.

- Collection hours: By appointment - we will confirm a time that works for both of us, making sure your experience is personalized.

- Address: Shared upon booking confirmation, allowing for a seamless collection experience.

This option is free of charge, reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be shown before you complete your purchase. We are transparent about our pricing and want to ensure you are comfortable with your total cost.

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are laser cut,engraved and handcrafted or prepared to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. For custom or personalized orders, we will give you a specific timeline at the time of your inquiry, enabling you to plan accordingly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We take great pride in every piece we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right, ensuring you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

When we accept returns:

- The product arrived damaged during delivery, causing you inconvenience.

- The product is significantly different from what was described or shown, which does not meet your expectations.

What we offer:

A 50% refund on the purchase price of the affected item(s), helping to ease your concerns.

How to request a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customerservice@artizinda.com or via WhatsApp to ensure a swift resolution.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging, which assists us in promptly addressing your concerns.

3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days, providing clarity on the next steps.

Please note:

- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse, maintaining fairness in our policy.

- Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrectly made, ensuring we respect the unique nature of these items.

- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was on our side, emphasizing our commitment to quality control.
