ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made https://artizinda.com It should be read alongside our:

1. STANDARD PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, or is significantly different from what was described or shown on our website, you are entitled to a 50% refund on the purchase price of the affected item(s).

To request a refund, follow the return process described in our [Shipping & Returns Policy](https://artizinda.com/shipping-and-returns-policy). Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

2. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, except where the item: Arrives damaged during delivery, or

Is significantly different from the design confirmed with you before production

Before production begins, we confirm all design details with you by email or WhatsApp. Please review these carefully, once production has started, no changes can be made and no refund can be issued based on design decisions that were approved.

3. SERVICE BOOKINGS

For bookings such as Space Decor Planning, TV Wall Design, or Kitchen Shades consultations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: non-refundable

If we need to cancel or reschedule on our end, we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund

4. ORDER CANCELLED BEFORE DISPATCH

If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example, due to a stock issue or pricing error, your payment will be refunded in full. See Section 1 of our [Terms and Conditions](https://artizinda.com/terms-and-conditions) for more details.

5. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but we aim to issue refunds within 5 business days of approval.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer under EU and Finnish consumer protection law. If you believe your statutory rights have not been respected, you may contact:
