Thank you for choosing Artizinda Wood Crafting! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted wooden treasures to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). We do not ship outside of the EU at this time.

Processing and Shipping Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Shipping time within the EU typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs:  

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination within the EU. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Packaging:

At Artizinda Wood Crafting, we are committed to sustainability. Your handcrafted items will be carefully packaged using biodegradable materials to ensure their safe arrival while minimizing our environmental impact.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Damaged products from shipping may also be returned if you can prove the damage was not self-inflicted or if you have proof that the damage occurred during delivery. Return payments will be processed within 30 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
